Where should I begin my Virgin Islands yacht charter? I must get asked this question a dozen times a week. If you are someone who says, “Just boil it off and give me the answer”, then skip to the bottom line. Otherwise, here’s the facts: 1. Flights into St. Thomas (airport code: STT) are generally much cheaper than flights into Tortola (airport code: EIS). This was not always true and hopefully may change in the future. It is worth comparing both airports. Many guests fly into STT and take a ferry to Tortola to meet their charter yacht.
