The popular Caribbean mega yacht, “El Jefe,” starred in a recent episode of ABC’s “The Bachelor”… check it out.  Although high end luxury charter yachts normally offer private getaways for high profile people and celebrities, romance and interlude splashed across the airwaves on this episode. We were aboard 115′ tri-deck, El Jefe, at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show this past December, and what stands out the most about this yacht is the enthusiasm of the crew.  I especially enjoyed hanging out in the galley with chef Danny, an American from Haiti, whose cuisine is still infused with his Creole roots.   A 4-time award winning chef, he is particularly known for his desserts, breads, soups, and his show stopping  crab cakes.
