Yacht Charter Discount on BVI Catamaran Charter

Monday Mar 11, 2013 Extasea.Fish

$2,000 off  a Grenadines Yacht Charter or BVI Yacht Charter Ex-tasea – the name says it all – there’s a high fun quotient on this 47′ catamaran charter…. your stress will evaporate from the moment you step aboard. The cabins:  Three queen cabins with bath en suite
Ondeck: The cockpit, which is where most of the time is spent on board, is shaded by a hard top bimini with side awnings ensuring comfort and protection come rain or shine. It features a large dining table with seating for eight plus a fridge for help-yourself drinks. My favorite place to bask onboard is in one of those cushy bean bags. The two “sugar scoop” swim platforms make boarding a snap. The forward deck with comfy trampolines Read more…

Grenadines Yacht Charter Specials on Jambalaya

Tuesday Sep 18, 2012 Tobago Cays Yacht Charter

Jambalaya is offering two  Grenadines  yacht charter specials that should have you booking your flights yesterday.  It is a one a kind lovely traditional sailing charter yacht, built on the Caribbean island of Carriacou and artfully finished by owners Peter and Sylvie.  I was aboard last December, and I just loved the light and airy ambiance, the hand painted walls, the huge overhead and the blend of traditional and contemporary decor. Jambalaya’s  magnificent master suite is perfect for a honeymoon yacht charter with a king-size bed, 9ft headroom, and a personal entrance giving total privacy. The large covered cockpit is a perfect place for outdoor dining while enjoying the panoramic views. Lots of deckspace with both sun and shade. The yacht has two other cabins Read more…

Congratulations to Grenada for Winning Their First Olympic Medal

Wednesday Aug 8, 2012 Yacht Charters in Grenada

My heart soared along with Kirani James as he crossed the finish line, bringing home the first ever Olympic medal to Grenada… and it was a gold, no less. The island sprinted  into Carnival mode when the  prime minister declared a half-holiday yesterday and gave the entire island the afternoon off.  I can only imagine the hips swaying, the rum flowing, and the sound of calypso resonating into the streets and sea. The people of the Caribbean get my vote for knowing how to party.  I’m sure the entire island was feelin’ hot, hot, hot. What an accomplishment for a small island.  Congratulations Kirani! Grenada is the southernmost island in the Grenadines – the first and only place where I ate possum (yes, as in Read more…

Luxury Sailing Yacht Charter on Helios in the Grenadines this Summer

Wednesday Jun 6, 2012 Helios - Sailing yacht charter in the Grenadines

The 148′ stunning sailing yacht, HELIOS, will be chartering in the Grenadines this summer.  Most charter yachts of this size head for New England or the Mediterranean for the summer months so it is a real treat to have such a prestigious sailing yacht in the Caribbean for the summer months. The Grenadines are known for their sparkling waters, endless beaches, picturesque coves and excellent weather conditions.  You can get easy flights into Grenada or St. Lucia…. many people say the Grenadines are like the BVI was 50 years ago – off-the-beaten track.  Personally, it is one of my favorite yacht charter destinations Helios is a Perini Navi, considered by most to be the queen of sailing yacht designs that combine ultra-luxury and comfort with Read more…

November Yacht Charter Special – Catamaran Jeri – BVI or Grenadines

Wednesday Aug 24, 2011 Catamaran Yacht Charter Special

Yacht Charter Discount Valid Over Thanksgiving as Well I have already featured JERI  as having the best charter rate for a 60+- foot catamaran with two decks.  This low rate just got even better in the month of November, 2011 including Thanksgiving.  Jeri has everything you’d expect in a luxury charter catamaran of this size, but it has one ingredient that makes it a stand-out – its yacht charter crew, Alain and Sophie.  Their last charter guests tried to kidnap them and haul them back to Texas.  Every one or their yacht charter guests has written rave reviews – they appreciate the warmth, the fun, the enthusiasm, and ooh, la, la – the amazing cuisine.  Just take a look at their client testimonials Jeri has Read more…

American Airlines Caribbean Airfare Sale

Friday Aug 5, 2011

It’s time to book your Caribbean yacht charter.  American Airlines just announced a fall airfare sale from major U.S. cities to some islands in the Caribbean including St. Thomas and St. Lucia.  Sample round-trip fares to St. Thomas start as low as $374 from Boston, $352 from NY, and $322 from Miami. Fares are plus taxes, but with Congress adjourned, the FAA fees are not being collected… yet another reason to book now. Book by August 10th, and travel must be completed by November 18, 2011. Early November is a great time for a yacht charter in the BVI or a sailing vacation in the Grenadines. Yacht charter rates  are still  low season rates at this time.  Check yacht charter availability.

Sailing Yacht Charter on Blue Passion – St. Vincent & the Grenadines – Discount Charter Rate

Tuesday Jul 12, 2011

This sexy, streamlined charter yacht made its debut in the yacht charter market this past November.  It’s the best use of 58 feet that I have ever seen  on a sailing yacht of this size  – an open and bright salon and four spacious queen cabins, each with a private head (that’s sailor’s lingo for bathroom). Plus if you have kids or singles, one of the queens can convert to twin berths. Both the salon and the cockpit comfortably seat 12 people in  luxury surroundings. The captain gleamed with enthusiasm when I asked, “How does she sail?”  Like a dream – slices comfortably through the water – exhilarating yet easy. Low summer season yacht charter rate just got even more discounted Their all-inclusive summer charter Read more…

Grenadines Motor Yacht Charter – Lola B – Great for Sportfishing

Friday May 13, 2011

This 2008 72′ Hatteras motor yacht looks brand new and has state of the art everything including zero speed stabilizers and  a 31′ Contender with twin 250hp outboards as a towed tender.  These features  are very rare to find on a charter yacht of this size. And that’s not all – outriggers, 4 livewells, fully equipped for fishing  plus a Nautica wide body center console inflatable with a 600hp 4-stroke outboard, waverunner, Brownie 3rd Lung for 4 people, 4 Bladefish for snorkeling and complete snorkel gear. We stepped aboard for Happy Hour in Fort Lauderdale last week and enjoyed the chef’s delicious hor d’oeuvres while being well-entertained by Captain Bill Cosbie who is rightfully proud of “his” yacht – it is impeccably maintained. The yacht Read more…
