Charter Catamaran in the South Pacific

Okay, so you’ve cast off on a yacht charter in the BVI or Caribbean a couple of times now, and you feel like you’ve “been there, done that.” Are you ready to cast off for an exquisite distant port? Have we ever got a fabulous yacht charter destination for you – the Society Islands (think Tahiti and beyond) aboard the nearly new 66′ luxury catamaran “Gazelle”. With all carbon-fiber hulls and spars, she is fast, sleek, and without a doubt the most eye catching catamaran in any anchorage.
One of our favorite veteran yacht charter crews, Captain Jon and Chef/Stewardess, Nicki, is at the helm. They have sailed the world and their charters always produce rave reviews
Gazelle has three double cabins, each with en-suite bathrooms, a vast saloon with dining for six, and a spacious cockpit with al fresco dining. Watersports include snorkeling gear, wind surfer, water skis, wake boards, boogie boards, knee boards.
Where Do We Sail in the Society Islands?
According to Nicki and Jon, “The perfect seven day charter would be to fly into Tahiti’s international airport and take a domestic flight to Huahine . Huahine is the furthest to windward of the islands, so after spending two days in the not-to-be missed Huahine, Gazelle would do a down wind trip (and therefore easy sailing) to Raiatea and Taha’a, taking in all the best sites. At the end of the charter, after spending the last two days in Bora Bora , you can take a return (50 minute) flight back to Tahiti to connect with your international flight.
Nicki writes, “Each island is lovely for different reasons. Bora Bora is the most dramatic, yet Raiatea is simply beautiful. Taha’a is very quiet & peaceful, and Huahine is out of this world spectacular. Although they are all very different, they are similar in that they are all surrounded by clear blue water, the outer reefs enclosing the lagoon. There are small islands (Motus) around the edges of the lagoon, giving dozens of great anchorages & snorkel sites . The water is so clear it looks good enough to drink!”
Weekly all-inclusive rates (except bar and gratuity) are 6 guests for $29,000, 4 guests for $27,000 and 2 guests $26,000. They are available for August- October 2011, and June to October 2012.
