Antarctica Expedition Cruise - Book By the Cabin
This is a rare opportunity to be able to reserve a cabin (rather than charter the entire yacht) on the most the most luxurious and well-equipped expedition yacht that is traveling to Antarctica this upcoming winter season (which is Antarctica's summer season). If you've always dreamed of cruising Antarctica with a small, intimate group, instead of elbow to elbow on a cruise ship, then put the 224' super yacht Legend and the dates of January 13-20, 2019 at the top of your bucket list.
Unlike many cruise ships and super yachts, Legend will be "stationed" in Antarctica so you will not have to bear the long (and often arduous passage) from Chile to Antartica. Instead, you fly to Punta Arenas, Chile and take a flight from there to King George Island in Antarctica. The latter flight is include in your cabin cost. Warrior on the outside and princess on the inside, Legend will safely take you to some of the least visited destinations in Antarctica, yet shower you with comfort and luxury while you travel.
To the discerning adventurer, who wants to "do it your way" with a myriad of off-yacht adventures, this grand dame of the seas is your ticket to one of the most extraordinary experiences on earth. Best of all, you will cruise to off-the-beaten track places where the big ships are not allowed.
A LEGEND in the Making
Originally built as a fully classified Class 1 ice-breaking ship, Legend has been completely refit into an ultra-luxe super yacht that can venture to some the most remote places on the planet - Greenland and the Arctic, Antarctica, and Patagonia to name a few. But don't let her rugged demeanor fool you. The yacht boasts a Balinese-inspired spa, beauty salon, a heated outdoor Jacuzzi with rain curtains, a fully equipped gym and a giant heated outdoor swimming pool – not to mention a cinema room and a main salon with piano.
Plus all the water sports equipment you’d ever need – the Expedition cruise yacht LEGEND is just the perfect package. Due to her sheer size, the amount of onboard equipment and sporting gear she can carry is outstanding. For explorers, the LEGEND offers a submarine for underwater encounters with a pod of orcas or snow leopards, kayaks for paddling the bays, and tenders galore. So wherever LEGEND can’t take you, her toys certainly will.
