The Corporate Group Yacht Charter Flotilla 

The corporate group charters flotilla is by far our most popular corporate incentive and group yacht charter program.  Numerous companies – from start-ups to Fortune 500s – have cast off with us and achieved extraordinary results.

Your company will cast off on a showstopping fleet of similar luxury sailing or motor yachts with equal accommodations that sail together as a group. Each yacht is professionally staffed with a licensed captain and gourmet chef – the larger the yacht, the more crew that they have onboard.  

The yachts are your floating resorts and have all of the ingredients of a fun-packed vacation already onboard. Your yacht charter group will cruise in calm waters, leisurely island hopping from one exotic port to the next, visiting the quaint harbors that the big ships cannot get to.

Customized Itineraries: 

We customize our yacht charter itineraries and activities to suit the preferences of each yacht charter group, designing programs that achieve the perfect balance of group and individual time. Typically, we sail for 2-3 hours each day, stopping at one island or port for lunch and sailing to another one for our overnight anchorage.  Under sail, the  yachts are usually within view, if not water-gun range, of one another.  [TC2] Those few hours under sail seem to be the time the guests cherish the most... Group Activities

The possibilities are endless! We usually schedule one yacht charter group activity each day. Daytime choices include Pirates of the Caribbean Yacht Regatta, Deep Sea Fishing Tournaments, Treasure Hunts, Shopping Sprees, Jeep Safaris, Salty Dog Watersports Regatta, and Beach Barbecues.   A favorite is the “Raft-Up Party” where we tie all of the group yacht charters together to create one giant floating party platform. Evening activities are staged on a beach or at a shoreside hideaway. Themes include Wastin' Away in Margaritaville, Swashbucklers’ Bash, Gilligan's Getaway Party, Coral Reef Madness, A Night at the Yacht Club, or a gala affair of your own design.

Individual Activities

Water activities for your yacht charter group include snorkeling, light fishing, kayaking, waterskiing, paddleboarding learning to sail, and scuba diving. Shoreside activities can include golf, shopping, spa, island tours, hiking, and beaching.

Our Group Charter Yachts

We have five different group charter yacht fleets to offer you with our luxury catamarans being the most popular. Most of our incentive group charter yachts range from 50-100 feet long with 3-4 comparable cabins, each with queen/king berths and private baths en suite. We can handle groups up to 300 guests on one sailing. Larger groups can sail back to back.

Personal Service

The service is extraordinary! Our group yacht charter crews are available throughout the day and evening for food and beverage service (both planned and unplanned); they act as sightseeing guides in each port of call as well as while the yachts are underway; and they serve as guides and instructors for watersports activities.

Gourmet meals with a tropical flair! 

 Meals rival the finest restaurants and are tailored to the individual preferences of the guests. The bar is always open. Special diets are easily handled

All-inclusive Rates

All-inclusive rates (except airfare) begin at $700 pp/day – that includes an open bar, all meals, watersports gear, parties, transfers, taxes and gratuities.
