What is Included in the rate? We have two different rate structures as listed below.
All-inclusive rates: These rates are for 8 days/7 nights (from noon to noon) and include the hire of the yacht and crew, all meals, snacks, open ship's bar (champagnes, vintage wines and extraordinary brands are additional), the use and instruction of all onboard watersports equipment, cruising taxes (unless specified otherwise), and port fees.
Plus Expenses Rates: Keep in mind that all pricing is in Euros. To convert dollars to euros, go here. These rates are for 8 days/7 nights (from noon to noon) and includes the hire of the yacht, the crew, onboard watersports equipment and amenities, and the yacht's insurance. The Charterer pays for all of the running expenses of the yacht "at cost". These expenses include the Charterer's food and beverage; consumables; fuel for the yacht, tenders and watercraft; dockage; port fees; cruising taxes; communications; personal laundry; shoreside water and electricity; port agent fees, if required; etc. Typically, these additional costs 30-35% on a motor yacht..
Additional Costs on Both Rate Structures: Airfare, ground transfers, and crew gratuity recommended at 10-15% of the base charter rate.
