MENU SAMPLE: AMANTE

 

Breakfast

Kayanas (fresh tomato sauce slowly cooked, eggs and oregano) served with pita bread and olive pate

Fluffy omelette with a variety of seasonal vegetables and local cheese

Scrambled eggs with bread fresh tomato and Parmesan flakes

Scrambled eggs with smoked bacon cubes sautéed mushrooms and thyme

Avocado toast served with sliced crispy bacon

Toasted bread served with butter and jam

Pancakes served with fresh fruits drizzled with honey sprinkled with cinnamon or with praline sprinkled with crushed cookies and banana slices

Fresh fruits served with strained Greek yoghourt
