Captain Popi Tomazou
Born in 1981 in Greece she graduated in South Africa where she started working at restaurants manager as well as in London. In 2017 her passion for the sea and the Greek traditions becoming a sailing instructor, skipper and captain cruising in Mediterranean, France and Poland with numerous charters and happy guests! She has worked as a captain and co-captain on catamarans from 45 to 80 ft. She is an asset for our team as he is very loyal, active, friendly, and kind, always very excited to welcome guests onboard and offer the best experience onboard Azul! She is more than experienced in Ionian waters with excellent charter records! Some of her hobbies are walking, hiking, travelling and reading. She speaks Greek, English, Afrikaans, and basic German as well French.


Chef Ian McClean
Ian is born in 1975 in Germany and has graduated from Hospitality, Catering & Culinary School studies as a chef and attended many seminars in Asian, European cuisine as well as plate decoration and dessers! His love for food made him work from 2009 in various restaurants and hotels in Germany, Taiwan, London and Dubai as head and executive Chef. He believes that food and sea is the perfect combination for anyone who would like to see Greece so he decided to join yachting industry ready to face new challenges and serve his creations with fresh local ingredients. He is a valuable member to the team willing to pamper his guests with amazing recipes. He speaks German,English and Greek and he loves wind surfing and kayaking.


Stewardess Αlexandra Quabach
Αlexandra is born in 1988 in Bensberg of Germany and joined yachting few years ago as hostess and stewardess.. After serving on multiple catamaran yachts, she found her way to our team, bringing her passion for hard work and skills on board. She speaks German, basic Greek and English and in her free time likes sailing reading and watching ice hockey!
