Breakfast:

  1. Classic Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon/ Canadian Bacon and Creamy Hollandaise Sauce
  2. Continental Breakfast with Charcuteries and Cheese
  3. Banana Waffles with Maple syrup, Fresh Berries and Bacon
  4. Poached Eggs wrapped in Ham, Tomato and Spring Onion served with Bacon Roses
  5. New York Style Bagels with Smoked Salmon, Cream cheese, Capers and Red Onions
  6. Cinnamon and Maple Syrup French Toast served with Parma Ham
