She is specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and healthy cuisine.
She pays particular attention to raw materials, without ever neglecting the importance of taste. She is happy to satisfy any guests dietary restrictions or culinary desires and always going to the extra mile to surprise them.
Paola has + 15 years in hospitality and worked as hostess, waitress and Chef's assistant in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the Conero Riviera: Il Clandestino by Moreno Cedroni (2 Michelin stars Chef), Il Mandracchio and The Seebay Hotel.
