DAY 1 

Welcoming appetisers

Tomato-basil bruschetta

Tomato-basil-feta bruschetta

Cream cheese bruschetta and fresh marinated salmon

Yalanji dumplings

Cold tomato gazpacho soup

 

Light Lunch

Caprese salad with cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and buffalo mozzarella.

Risotto with chicken, vegetable caponata and orange

Dinner 

Tzatziki, Greek salad: tomato, cucumber, capers, olives, onion, pepper

Lamb roll stuffed with feta cheese, tomato in the oven

DAY 2

Breakfast

For all days, breakfast includes: 

Butter, jam, honey, yoghourt with fruits

And upon agreement, eggs, toast, sauteed mushrooms and pancakes
