Captain Jeanette
Jeanette was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. She grew up hiking and skiing the Swiss Alps. When she was 26, she moved to the West coast of Florida (Tampa Bay) where she started a family. In 2004 she was taken out on a Hobie 16 and she immediately fell in love with sailing, bought a Hobie cat and taught herself how to sail. In her off time, she was out sailing couple times a week enjoying her new passion.
Jeanette was successful in her careers on land, but there was always something missing in her life. She found it a couple years ago when she made sailing her new profession. From there, followed a dream she had in 2015 when she visited the BVI and told herself, “once her daughter is on her own, she would come to BVI and sail tourists around the islands. And here she is, fulfilling her dreams and passion.
“The BVI is one of the most incredible places to sail and explore
Jeanette (aka Capt. Koko) has traveled the world and has an abundance of experience, knowledge and great stories about all her adventures and friends around the globe. She has been to Tibet, hiked up to base Camp Mt. Everest, volunteered with the Park Rangers in the Bush in South Africa, trekked the Himalayas, sailed Tahiti/ Bora Bora. Traveled with a motor bike through Indonesia. Rafted down the Grand Canyon for 7 days. Hiked Machu Picchu and explored Galapagos just to name a few…. Any adventure off grid she loves the most.
She also loves dancing especially salsa, as well as hiking, biking, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, camping, Arts and playing games with friends. She loves to enjoy her life, make new friends wherever she goes, and build lasting memories. She is a big kid at heart and just loves to have an easy adventurous happy life. But is also very responsible in keeping everyone safe wile on the journey of happiness.
She will go above and beyond to make sure you will have an amazing unforgettable experience on your sailing vacation and all your needs are met.
Chef Brandon
Chef Brandon has a passion for the ocean, sailing, fishing and all things culinary. In search of a change of scenery, he went on to become a base manager for a charter company in Bequia, Saint Vincent & The Grenadines. There he ran a very successful charter season with his crew. Deciding to continue to follow his dreams, life brought him to the British Virgin Islands and he is ecstatic to be back on the water doing what he loves most - cooking and entertaining. When he isnt cooking delicious food, he is in the water showing his guests what lies beneath the surface. This comes naturally to him as he is also a Dive Master and Free Diver. Brandon is an incredible chef and has an amazing personality to enhance anyones overall charter experience with him as crew.
