Your 7-day Spanish Virgin Islands Yacht Charter Itinerary can be tailor-made to suit your most fervent wishes and needs. More sightseeing and fewer watersports? No problem! More fun in the sun and less onshore explorations? You got it.
Here’s just a taste of what a week spent sailing through the Spanish Virgin Islands can offer you and your loved ones.

Day 1
Embarkation in Fajardo, Sail to Vieques
Once you’ve landed at Puerto Rico’s San Juan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by one of your luxury charter yacht’s crew members. Depending on arrival time, you may wish to either spend a couple of hours exploring the historic center of Old San Juan or, if you’re just itching to kick off those shoes and dive straight into your yacht charter cruise, high-tail it for the harbor of Fajardo, merely 35 miles south. Hop aboard, meet your crew, unpack, relax and let the adventure begin!
This afternoon, cast off for the western shores of Vieques beach to anchor just off beautiful Green Beach.
-
Day 2
Bahia Icacos, Salinas
Where shall we head today? Let’s check the prevailing winds and decide together, shall we? The choice is either Salinas Beach or Bahia Icacos, both of which are remote, unspoiled and ours to enjoy at will for the whole day. Whip out the water toys, soak up the rays, read that book that’s been on your nightstand for months, and allow your body and soul to simply fall into a totally relaxed vacation state. It’s time to take a deep breath and really switch off from the hectic pace of everyday life. You’re now in paradise!
-
Day 3
Culebra
After a sumptuous gourmet breakfast prepared by your dedicated and very talented chef, we’ll set our course across Vieques Sound to reach Isla de Culebra, the second largest isle in the Spanish Virgin islands. We’ll anchor just off the town of St Thomas, on Almodovar Bay, and watch in awe as the sun sets and the lights of the city bring the shore to a glistening crescendo.
-
Day 4
Culebrita, Dakity Harbor, Ensada Honda
Arguably the hardest challenge you’ll ever have on a Spanish Virgin Islands yacht charter itinerary, is deciding whether or not you should stay in the water and snorkel a wee bit longer…or head ashore to feast on the culinary delights for which the region is so revered..
Culebrita is Culebra’s little sister and a pocket of tropical delight where you can swim, snorkel or wakeboard on the crystalline waters off the main beach, or enjoy a delectable seafood lunch in one of Dakity Harbor’s al fresco dining spots. Perhaps a spot of shopping will entice you to Dewey, a delightful town brimming with fantastic boutiques and an array of cool cafés. You know, for when the retail-therapy just gets too tiring!
-
Day 5
Flamenco Beach, Cayo Luis Pena
On today’s agenda is a trip to the northwest tip of Culebrita, where one of the reputed ‘most beautiful beaches in the world’ is to be found. Flamenco Beach is the stuff of dreams: it stretches for what seems like an eternity, is lapped by turquoise waters and lined by sparkling white sand. All of it framed by verdant emerald hills. One of the few places on earth which actually looks like it does on a postcard, Flamenco Beach will make you swoon at first sight.
In the afternoon, we’ll pick up our anchor once more and head to Cayo Luis Peña, yet another fantastic snorkeling spot and superb overnight hideaway.
-
Day 6
Cayo Luis Peña, Isla Palominos
You may not have had enough daylight hours to really appreciate the beauty of Cayo Luis Peña yesterday. But don’t fear, for it’s all yours today. Just a swim-stroke west of Isla de Culebra, this uninhabited island is a mecca for snorkelers, SCUBA divers, and hikers, boasting a nature reserve that’s unrivalled anywhere else. Whether on foot or by kayak, you can discover hidden trails and remote beaches without a soul in sight for miles.
In the afternoon, and after a delicious on-board lunch, we’ll guide you to another one of our favorite spots: Isla Palominos. We’ll set anchor for the night and watch the sun as it sets its last crimson rays over El Yunque Mountain. This is one of the most breathtaking sights of all and it will arguably be one of the most cherished memories of your weeklong Spanish Virgin Islands yacht charter itinerary.

Day 7
Fajardo and disembarkation
Time to squeeze the last bit of adventure into your itinerary! Head off on an early morning hike in the El Yunque tropical rainforest, a haven for bird lovers and nature enthusiasts. And don’t worry, we’ll also squeeze in one last swim in these waters of paradise before taking you back to shore, and off to catch your flight. If you do have the choice, we suggest you pick a late afternoon flight home today so as to make the most of your weeklong charter.
Although we know you’ll be making plans to return as soon as you set foot home.
