Day 1 Mahé to Ile Therese
On the first day of your Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter itinerary, you’ll meet your crew, settle into your cabin and set off for Ile Therese, just off the western coast of Mahé. Uninhabited by humans but overrun by sea creatures, Therese is the perfect introduction to what is the Seychelles’ unrivalled trump-card: its reefs. Brimming with exotic fish and stunning corals, the southern side of Therese will offer your first chance at a snorkeling excursion, one that will leave you spellbound. The beaches here are stupendous, as are the granite peaks that give this small island its most distinctive look. Find that perfect secluded cove in the late afternoon and enjoy the marvelous spectacle that is a Seychelles’ sunset.
-
Day 2 Silhouette
One of the largest islands in the archipelago, Silhouette is an incredible Marine National Park and one of the best sites for SCUBA diving in the Seychelles. On land, Silhouette boasts hills covered in luscious rainforest filled with coconut trees and sandy beaches as white as clouds. When you don’t have your head underwater to explore her sea treasures, then make sure your feet are on terra firma. There are wonderful walks to be had, turtles to stroll alongside, a small pocket of local inhabitants to meet and greet and a fantastic resort offering luxurious pampering treatments on your Seychelles scuba diving holidays. The all-in-one Seychelles haven, Silhouette has a little of everything that makes this yacht charter destination so very dreamy.

Day 3 Anse Soleil and Baie Lazare
To anyone who’s been, flying out to the Seychelles and boarding a private Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter just so you could indulge in a seafood lunch at Anse Soleil is totally acceptable. In fact, it’s a must-do! Baie Lazare is a southwestern district of Mahé Island, where most of the luxury resorts are found, the Anse Soleil being but one of quite a few. The Kempinski and Four Seasons have also set up home here, all sharing the pristine, coral-rich reefs off Mahé’s western coastline.
On Day 3 of your Seychelles scuba diving yacht trip, you can spend the whole morning jumping in and out of the crystal clear waters, complementing your snorkeling and kayaking with massages, a spot of shopping, and a champagne lobster lunch. In the afternoon…repeat at will!
-
Day 4 Praslin Island
Praslin may be the Seychelles’ second-largest island, but it’s a world away from bustling Mahé and offers a much more tranquil experience of sailing & diving in the Seychelles. The UNESCO-listed Valle?e de Mai, a most otherworldly place to discover on foot, is renowned for its enormous Coco-de-mer trees that grow to vertiginous heights, some as much as 130 feet. This virgin forest is where you’ll find endemic species of birds, reptiles and small mammals, as well as the giant double-nut fruits of the impressive Coco-de-mer. For centuries, these curiously-looking giant nuts, which resemble a woman’s buttocks – kept washing up on African shores, yet it took a while for the source to be discovered. Bushwalking in this spectacular place is immensely rewarding and one of the many unique and unforgettable experiences you can have on a Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter itinerary. Of course, Praslin’s beaches and reefs are just as outstanding as on any other island, so spending a morning enjoying a relaxing stroll in the forest, and the afternoon cooling off and snorkeling, makes for an ideal Seychelles scuba diving yacht itinerary.
-
Day 5 Curieuse Island
Curieuse lies just off the northeastern tip of Praslin, and part of the greater Marine National Park of the Seychelles. With ten times more giant tortoises than human inhabitants (100 of the former and about 10 of the latter), Curieuse is a stunning red earth covered islet and one of the most photogenic stops on a Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter itinerary. Indulge in more fab snorkeling and a delectable lunch aboard your yacht, anchored mere meters from the beach. In the afternoon, dive in the reef of tiny Saint Pierre islet (it’s just next door!) and step ashore for that postcard-perfect photo of you, atop a superbly desolate tropical island. All 10 square feet of her! Tonight, set your anchor at Anse Volbert and enjoy your gourmet dinner served under the stars.
-
Day 6 La Digue
Today, you can delve deeper into the two most endearing aspects of Creole culture: the cuisine and the laid-back, simplistic lifestyle. On an island where ox-drawn carts are still the main form of transport, life has not changed much over the centuries. La Digue is often considered by our Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter guests as the most beautiful of all the islands in the Seychelles, and arguing with them would be near impossible. With just a handful of indigenous communities, a sprinkle of plantations, an abundance of palm trees, sparkling beaches and unbelievably pristine waters, La Digue has everything going for it. Hop on a bicycle and tour it at leisure, join a village or plantation tour, and take a magnificent sunset horsehide that you’ll never forget. Tradition and culture may be the main courses at La Digue, but you’ll also find plenty of spectacular underwater creatures for dessert while diving in the Seychelles.
-
Day 7 St Anne Marine Park
As you make your lazy way back to Victoria on Mahé, squeeze in just one last night’s anchorage in the unspoiled heart of the Seychelles. The St Anne Marine Park is just a few miles off Victoria’s harbor and consists of a cluster of 6six idyllic isles set among an incredible canvas of coral reefs brimming with life. Each island boasts a hint of uniqueness, from one that’s currently a prison to one that used to be a leper colony but is now home to a spectacular luxury resort. Then there’s the one that’s loved by nesting endemic birds and another that’s a setting to a gorgeous restaurant. Today it will be all about choices aboard your Seychelles scuba diving yacht charter. And tonight, a bitter-sweet farewell to the Seychelles. Because only once you leave can you start planning a return visit.
